Can Thomas Los Olivos is a 10 minute drive from the city of Ibiza, with easy access to beaches.
The house has two levels to improve the views from its position on the hillside.
On the first floor is an entrance hall that extends to a comfortable lounge with fireplace and access through patio doors to covered balcony and furnished.
The well equipped kitchen has a large window overlooking a cheerful glow across the room.
There are a total of four terraces on this level, and a barbecue area to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The house is flooded with sunlight.
From here a spiral staircase leads to the lowest level.
There are a total of 3 double bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, one with bunk beds, and the last with1 single bed. All rooms have wardrobes and fans, and are designed to have a warm, rich quality Mediterranean.
In total 5 bathrooms, 4 with shower and 1 bath.
On the lower level gardens are stunning in their beauty. All around is a vibrant mix of terraces, gardens, fruit trees and exotic flowers. It?s beautiful furnished pool terrace is surrounded by lush vegetation. After a dip in the blue pool you can walk through the gardenssimply relax in one of the many terraces.
Casa de Los Olivos resembles the "Garden of Eden" and the view over the mountains and the sea makes it even more heavenly.
