INTERNAL: This large villa consists of two independent floors connected by external stairs. The GROUND FLOOR consists of a living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT and access to the terrace with stunning sea views. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms each with a double bed. A bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a spacious living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT and access to the glazed terrace with stunning sea views. A separate fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. A bedroom with two single beds and finally there is a guest toilet.

EXTERNAL: Beautiful plot with 9x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower, with stunning sea views. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for two vehicles on the same property.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a very quiet area with stunning views of the sea. It is just 2.2 km to the sandy beach and restaurants, as well as the nearest supermarket. Moraira city center is 2.5 km away.
