INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, in which there is a spacious living-dining room with TV SAT/TDT , with access to a glazed - covered terrace and an open terrace. A separate kitchen with ceramic hob. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and an independent bathroom with bath and washing machine. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large double bedroom with access to the solarium and a bathroom with bathtub en suite.

EXTERNAL: Beautiful 8x4 pool area with roman steps and portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. You can park up to 2 vehicles on the same property.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, given the calmness of the area and the proximity to the beaches and shops. It is just 1.1 km to the nearest supermarket and 1.8 km to the sandy beach and all restaurants. Calpe city center is 3.8 km away.
