INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of a spacious living-dining room with satellite / TDT TV, a ceiling fan and access to the terrace and pool. Open kitchen with ceiling fan, gas stove and dishwasher. A large double bedroom with air conditioning and ceiling fan. A bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. And the last bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. A separate bathroom with bathtub.

EXTERNAL: The pleasant outdoor area with large terrace and 8x3,5-pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. An outdoor grill to enjoy your outdoor meals. There is also a wooden house with bar and a guest toilet. Parking for a vehicle on the property.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area, just 2 km from the center of Calpe. The sandy beach is 1.6 km away and the nearest supermarket is just 950 meters away.
