INTERNAL: On the GROUND FLOOR there is a washing machine and on the upper floor, reached by external stairs, there is a glazed terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach, with direct access to the living-dining room with SAT / TDT TV. A separate kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with two single beds each and one bedroom with double bed. A bathroom with bathtub, a bathroom with shower and finally a guest toilet.
EXTERNAL: Beautiful closed garden plot with private pool 12x5 with roman steps and outside shower. A covered barbecue and also a parking for 3-4 vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged residential area called "Oltamar", which offers calmness and proximity. The nearest beach is 4.7 km away, the center of Calpe is 4.2 km and the supermarket is just 3.7 km from the accommodation.
REMARKS: No internet. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed at an extra cost.
