INTERNAL: This villa consists of a living-dining room with SAT / TDT TV. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub.
EXTERNAL: A beautiful plot and the 7x4 pool with roman steps complete this villa. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. There is parking for two vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: The villa is located in an ideal area for those who want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday, without having to give up the proximity to the city center. It is just 3.2 km to the nearest supermarket and 4.1 km to the sandy beach and restaurants.
