The GROUND FLOOR consists of a large living room with SAT TV/TDT, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. A bedroom with a double bed. Two independent bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and access to the solarium overlooking the Peñón de Ifach. A separate kitchen with ceramic hob. Two bedrooms with two single beds. A bedroom with a double bed. Two independent bathrooms, both with shower.

EXTERNAL: Large plot with a 8.5x4 pool with roman steps, outside shower and a covered barbecue area ideal for outdoor meals. The property is completely closed and can accommodate three vehicles.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, thanks to the tranquility and proximity to the beach and all shops. It is just 1.1 km to the sandy beach and 700 m to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The center of Calpe is reached in 4 km.
