Cozy summer villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 7 people, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms on one floor.

INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of a spacious living-dining room with SAT TV/TDT, air conditioning and access to a covered terrace. A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, one with air conditioning and a bathroom with bath en suite. A bedroom with three single beds and finally there are two independent bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath.

EXTERNAL: Beautiful 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower, surrounded by grass to enjoy the sun. There is a built-in barbecue on the covered terrace and parking for two vehicles on the same property.

LOCATION: This villa is ideally located for a relaxing holiday, given the calmness of the area. It is only 1.3 km to the nearest supermarket and 1.8 km to the sandy beach and the restaurants. Calpe city center is reached in 3.4 km.

REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
