INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of two floors connected by internal stairs. On the GROUND FLOOR we find a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with TV Sat / TDT with access to the terrace and the pool area as well as a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. On the UPPER FLOOR there are three bedrooms; two each with a double bed, bathroom with bathtub en suite and access to a terrace overlooking the Peñón de Ifach; The other bedroom has two bunk beds for 4 persons (RECOMMENDED FOR 4 CHILDREN) and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: The villa has a beautiful covered terrace as well as a nice external area where there is a large 8x4 rectangular pool, ideal for a cooling off on the hottest days. 1 parking space in the plot.
LOCATION: Villa in a privileged area, called Los Almendros, due its proximity to supermarkets (150m) and the wonderful sandy beach LA FOSSA in Calpe (750m), in which promenade you will find shops, bars and restaurants.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
