Beautiful holiday bungalow with communal pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors.

INTERNAL: This magnificent bungalow consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which consists of a spacious living room with SAT TDT/TV, air conditioning and access to the covered terrace. A separate kitchen with ceramic hob. Two bedrooms with one double bed each and air conditioning. A bedroom with two single beds. And a bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a large bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with bath and shower.

EXTERNAL: Beautiful, large 11x5 pool with metal staircase and outdoor shower. There is also a smaller pool for the little ones. There is a built-in barbecue for outdoor meals and there is parking outside the bungalow for 2 vehicles.

LOCATION: This bungalow is located in a privileged area, given the calmness of the area and the proximity to the beaches and all shops. It is only 1.8 km to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The sandy beach is 2.7 km away.

REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
