INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which consists of a living-dining room with SAT TDT/TV and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms each with a double bed, one with a bathroom with bath en suite. There is also a bathroom with shower. In the hallway of the bedroom is one air conditioning. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living-dining room with SAT TDT/TV. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Finally, there is a bathroom with shower.

EXTERNAL: Beautiful 8x4 rectangular pool with roman steps and outside shower. There is plenty of space to sunbathe and an ideal built-in barbecue for outdoor meals. On the same property there is parking for 3 vehicles. The property is completely closed.

LOCATION: The villa is located in a quiet area and close to the center of Calpe and the sandy beach. It is just 2.8 km to the nearest sandy beach and Calpe town center. The nearest supermarket is 1.8 km away.
