EXTERIOR: The property has a large plot which can be accessed through an automatic gate after which there is enough space to park the cars. The pool is in front of the living room, and around it there is great outdoor furniture consisting of chairs, dining area, umbrella and sofas on which you can relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a sun terrace with sunbeds from where you can see the natural park of Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Calpe, in a cul de sac with little traffic. Just 5 to 10 minute drive from the popular long sandy beach of Calpe and all services.
