INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, where we find a glazed terrace overlooking the pool and access to a large living-dining room with satellite / TDT TV and a ceiling fan. An American kitchen with gas stove. A bedroom with two single beds and one with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: The fully enclosed property has a 7.5x3.5 pool with roman steps with outdoor shower and a gas grill. A laundry room and a closed parking for 2 vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: The villa is located in the urbanization "Carrió", very quiet and close to the sandy beach. The city center is 3.6 km away and the nearest supermarket is 2.4 km away.
