INTERNAL: This magnificent villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which has a large double bedroom with access to the terrace. A large bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. A bathroom with shower. A large bedroom with separate entrance with double bed, air conditioning and exit to the terrace. In this bedroom is another bedroom with a loft bed and a single bed, ideal for couples with children. On the UPPER FLOOR, which we reach via an internal staircase, we find a spacious living-dining room with SAT / TDT TV, air conditioning with access to the terrace with sea views. A separate kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. A bathroom with shower. One bedroom with double bed and finally a bathroom with bathtub.
EXTERNAL: The villa has a beautiful garden with lawn and palm trees, where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in the sound of the sea. A private 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is also a built-in barbecue to enjoy al outdoor meals. There is a parking space for two vehicles on the same property. The property is completely closed.
