The UPPER FLOOR consists of a spacious living room with SAT TV/TDT (Spanish and English only). An open kitchen with gas stove that gives access to a nice dining room with access to the pool area. Two bedrooms each with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower en suite. A large bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning. Finally, there is a bathroom with a bath.

EXTERNAL: Large property with numerous terraces, a rectangular 8x4 pool with roman steps and outdoor shower. There is a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and there is parking for 2 vehicles on the same property, one of which is covered. The property is completely fenced.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged area, due to the tranquility and proximity to the beach and all shops. It is only 900 m to the nearest supermarket and 1.3 km to the sandy beach and all restaurants. The center of Calpe is 4 km away.
