Beautiful holiday villa with private pool in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 persons, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms, divided into two separate floors.

INTERNAL: On the GROUND FLOOR we find a bedroom with double bed, through which we reach another bedroom with double bed. Last still a bathroom with shower. On the UPPER FLOOR, which can be reached via an external staircase, we find a living room with SAT TV/TDT and a dining room. A kitchen with ceramic hob. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Finally a bathroom with bath.

EXTERNAL: There is a kidney-shaped 8x3 pool with metal stairs and a built-in BBQ to enjoy delicious outdoor meals. There is a parking space for two vehicles on the same property.

LOCATION: This villa is located in an urbanization called "Maryvilla", which offers calmness and proximity to the beaches and all restaurants and supermarkets. Only 3 km from the nearest supermarket and 4 km from the sandy beach and the center of Calpe.

REMARKS: There is no internet. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost
