INTERIOR: This spacious villa consists on the MAIN FLOOR of an independent kitchen equipped with hob and dishwasher. From a living / dining room with Sat / Tdt TV with access to a covered terrace and barbecue area. One bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower. A large bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom with bathtub. GROUND FLOOR: Access by an independent entrance to the main floor. Large living / dining room with TV / DTT. Open kitchen with hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and a room with a washing machine.
EXTERIOR: From the kitchen there is an external staircase that leads to a solarium. Infinity pool rectangular 8x3.5 with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. You can sunbathe in the hammocks that the villa has, as well as make your meals outdoors on its different terraces. Large parking area on the plot for 4-5 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Canuta" just 250 m from the beach of Puerto Blanco and the restaurant. The center of Calpe is 2 km away.
