A fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. Finally, there is a guest toilet.

EXTERNAL: There is a large sunbathing terrace with a large 9x5 pool with metal staircase and outdoor shower. There is a laundry room where the washing machine is located and a built-in barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. On the same property there is parking for 2 vehicles.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a quiet urbanization, surrounded by trees in a rural atmosphere. It is 4.1 km to the nearest supermarket and 5.5 km to the center of Benissa and Calpe. The nearest beach is 5.9 km away.
