A fully equipped kitchen with hob and dishwasher. A spacious bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub en suite. A bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with shower. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a bedroom with a double bed. One bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with bathtub en suite. There is a sun terrace with beautiful views of the sea. In addition there is a bathroom with shower.

EXTERIOR: Beautiful plot with a large terrace with a private 9x4 pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. There is a portable barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for three vehicles on the same plot.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a very quiet urbanization and close to the sandy beach. It is located only 750 m from the sandy beach and the nearest supermarket, as well as restaurants. The center of Calpe is accessible in 6.5 km.

OBSERVATIONS: Free Wifi. Pets are allowed up to 12 kg with supplement.
