leuk huis, fijne tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Voor alle stoelen buiten en de ligbedden ontbreken de kussens!!!!

INTERNAL: This beautiful villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which has a covered terrace with access to the living-dining room with TV TDT/SAT. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower and a laundry room with washing machine.
EXTERNAL: Beautiful lawn around the 9x4,5 large rectangular pool with roman steps. There is a large barbecue area with a built-in barbecue and an outside toilet. You can park 3 vehicles on the same property.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a rural and very quiet area, ideal for those looking for a holiday to relax. It is 300 meters to the nearest supermarket and 3.8 km to the center of Benissa. The nearest sandy beach is 5.2 km away.
REMARKS: There is no internet. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
