Dit is een van de grootste en best bewaarde middeleeuwse kastelen van Spanje, met wortels die teruggaan tot de 9e eeuw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het uitzicht vanaf de top is simpelweg spectaculair. Je kijkt uit over de stad, de zee en de kustlijn. Binnen ontdek je torens, oude gevangenissen en tentoonstellingen die je meenemen door de tijd. Dit is niet zomaar een kasteel \u2014 het is een ervaring die je niet mag missen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guadalest: Een verborgen parel in de bergen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Diep in het binnenland van de provincie Alicante ligt <strong>Guadalest<\/strong>, een sprookjesachtig dorp dat je rechtstreeks in een andere tijd lijkt te brengen. Het pittoreske plaatsje wordt bekroond door het <strong>Castell de Guadalest<\/strong>, dat letterlijk uit de rotsen is gehouwen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je bereikt het kasteel via een tunnel in de berg \u2014 een magisch moment op zich. Eenmaal boven word je beloond met een adembenemend uitzicht op het turquoise stuwmeer en de omliggende bergen.
