De Santa Cristina Hermitage is gelegen in een magnifieke, natuurlijke setting met uitzicht over zee.

Voordat je naar het strand gaat of als de zon te heet is, is dit een geweldige plek om te bezoeken in Lloret de Mar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

De Santa Cristina Hermitage, <\/strong>gelegen tussen Lloret de Mar<\/strong> en Blanes<\/strong>, geniet een ideale locatie.<\/p>\n

Aan het begin van de 20e<\/sup> eeuw beschreven kunstenaars op vakantie aan de Costa Brava <\/strong>de schoonheid van deze plek al. Een paar decennia later is het een interessante plek geworden om te bezoeken in Lloret de Mar. <\/strong>In 2014 werd het bekroond met een certificaat van uitmuntendheid van TripAdvisor.<\/p>\n

Sint Christine, beschermheilige van Lloret de Mar<\/h2>\n

De oudste overblijfselen van de Hermitage dateren uit 1376. Aan het einde van de 18e<\/sup> eeuw werd een neoclassicistische tempel gebouwd met de financi\u00eble en materi\u00eble hulp van de zeelieden en botenbouwers van de stad. Het voornaamste altaar, gemaakt van marmer, werd in Itali\u00eb gemaakt. Het is alleen al een bezoekje waard voor de prachtige ex voto collectie van miniatuurboten <\/strong>aangeboden door pelgrims!<\/p>\n

Als je toevallig op vakantie bent in juli in Lloret de Mar, <\/strong>kom dan naar Santa Cristina op de 24e<\/sup>. Dit is de datum waarop de stad het Festa Major <\/strong>viert. Naast de feestelijke sfeer kun je er de optocht zien die vanaf de zee naar de Hermitage loopt.<\/p>\n
